30 Toes to bar

45 Kb Swings (53/35)

2k row (Men must finish within 8:30 and Women must finish within 9:30. For each second over those times, 1 Burpee penalty is assessed and must be completed at the end of the WOD.)

*ADV option for this WOD is 10 Muscle Ups instead of the 30 Toes to bar.
