Holiday Schedule

Monday- Normal Schedule

Tuesday- Normal Schedule

Wednesday- No 7:30pm Weightlifting class

Thursday- Open Gym 12p-3p.

Friday- No 6am class

WOD

4 rounds of:

3:00 AMRAP

1,2,3,4,5…

Hang Cleans

Box jumps (30″/24″)

*Rest 1 minute between rounds. Ladder resets to 1 at the start of each round. Weight increases each round. The RX weights are as follows:

Rd. 1- 135#/85#

Rd. 2- 145#/95#

Rd. 3- 155#/105#

Rd. 4- 165#/115#

    Tried this one on my own this morning…certainly got the heart rate up, excited that I got to 5 or 6 reps in each round. 🙂
