A2. Weighted Wall Sit x :45 (KB/DB in goblet or Front Rack, not on lap)

30 American Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

30 Wall Balls (20/14) *ADV (30/20)

 

*Should only go advanced if you are extremely confident you would go unbroken RX

 

C. Double DB Bent Over Row
