High School Strength and Conditioning Program

New Strength and Conditioning program for High School athletes

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new strength and conditioning program here at CFCC.  Under the direction of strength coach Mike Shea, this program is designed to meet the specific needs of our local student athletes. Mike brings a wealth of sport’s performance training experience to the program, including a stint with renowned Coach Mike Boyle.

 

The class meets 3 days per week and will be run separately from our regular WOD classes. The classes will be a blend of mobility, agility drills, strength training and metabolic conditioning.  A premium will be placed on the fundamentals of proper movement with the goal of improving performance on the court or field while also establishing healthy training patterns.

 

This program costs 129 dollars per month, is available to anyone ages 14-18 and requires the consent of a guardian or parent. The class meets at the following times each week and membership allows for attendance only at these class times.

Mondays 330pm-430pm

Fridays 330pm-430pm

Saturdays 9am-10am

This is a particularly great way for in or off-season high school athletes to train in a team atmosphere. If you, your teammates or anyone you know is interested in this program you can contact us at info@coolidgecorner.com
