2nd- 45s Chin-Hold (ADV- False Grip)

3rd- 45s L-Sit

Part B-

12 Min Climb the Ladder

1 Matt C (1 Power Snatch, OH Lunge Right Leg, OH Lunge Left Leg, OHS) (95/65)

10 Double Unders

*Each round increase Matt C’s by 1, increase Double Unders by 10, climb as high as possible in 12 min 

Part C-

Split Leg Good Morning 2x8ea

Weighted Pass Through (slow and controlled) 2×10
