:40 OH Hold, Every :08 2 reps press/push press

*If single arm, :30 rest between arms, 1:00 between sets. If barbell, 2:00 rest between sets.

 

B. EMOM 20

  1. Max Single Arm Thrusters Left
  2. Max SA Thrusters Right
  3. Max SA Sumo Deadlift Highpull Left
  4. Max SA Sumo Deadlift Highpull Right
  5. Rest

 

C. Accumulate 75 Band Pull Aparts or 3:00 Towel Pull Apart
