100 Burpees for time

*each athlete must do 50 reps. Partition however you like.

Part B:

Teams of Two

AMRAP25

Partner A: Rows for Max Distance

Partner B: Complete a round of

10 Box Overs(24/20)

20 Overhead Squats(45/35)

10 Toes to Bar

*each team has two scores: Total Meters Rowed and Total rounds and reps completed

Part C:

100 Abmat Situps for time

Each team member must do 50 reps. Partition as you like.
