20s Tuck Planche

20s Tuck Lever(bar or rings)

20s Back Bodyline Hold

*once the clock starts keep a steady, even pace through these 3 movements. Minimize rest and transitions but pace yourself. Scale appropriately.

Part B:

5 rounds

35 Double unders

12 DB Snatch(50/35)

10 Box Jumps(30/24)

Part C:

10 Jefferson Curls

10 Diagonal Stretch(each side)

10 Shinbox Switch(each side)
