Part A:

EMOM7

Unbroken HSPU

*athletes should choose a rep amount and variation that they can maintain “unbroken” for all 7 rounds. Advanced athletes may do either strict HSPU or max unbroken Handstand Walk. Scaled athletes can choose either a handstand progression or standard pushups.

Part B:

15 minutes to complete:

Pause Front Squat

4-4-4-4

*3 second pause at the bottom. Work up to your heaviest set.

Part C:

3 rounds

400m Run

20 Wallballs(20/14)

15 pullups

ADV: Chest to Bar

*18minute Cap
