A. 5 Sets

Single Arm Complex

Bent over row + high pull + muscle snatch x 5-8/arm (go through each movement once to complete one rep of the complex)

 

B. AMRAP 15:00

3 Push Ups

3 Sit Ups

3 Arch Raise (supermans)

6, 6, 6; 9, 9, 9…keep adding 3 reps of each movement until you hit 15:00

 

C. 1:00 Doorway pec stretch/side

20 Cat/Cow

1:00 Kneeling reach stretch
