Part A:

Strict Press

5-3-3-1-1-1+

*athletes should aim to hit a 1Rm 

Part B:

“Air Force”

20 Thrusters(95/65)
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squat

*every minute including the first perform 4 burpees. Athlete may take a minute off from the barbell movements but must complete the 4 burpees. Scale weight and movements as needed. If you can’t do overhead squats sub back squats.

*20 minute time cap

Part C:

30s Child’s Pose

30s Seal Pose

60s Saddle

60s Frog

120s Seated Toe Touch(use band)

30s Supine Twist(each side)

30s Child’s Pose

60s Savasana(10 deep breaths, 15s hold on the out breath)
