3 rounds

30s Chin Hold

30s Jumping Split Squats

30s Rest

30s Push-ups or HSPU(athlete’s choice)

30s Rest

Part B:

-Teams of Two-

EMOTM20

8 Hang Power Snatch(95/65)

Max Burpee Box Jump Overs(24/20)

ADV:(115/75)

*one partner works during the minute, while the other rests. At the top of the next minute the other partner goes. Each partner will complete 10 full minutes of work. Score is total Burpee Box Jumps combined. Pick a weight on the Snatch that you can go unbroken on every round. 

Part C:

5-7 minutes of Upper Body Lax Ball Mobility Drills
