Snatch Skill Review

Barbell Warm-up:

2x

5 Snatch Grip RDL

5 Snatch Pulls

5 Snatch Hi-Pulls

5 Muscle Snatch

5 OHS

5 Snatch Grip Push Press

5 Snatch Balances

5 Tall Snatches

5 Snatches

*Second time through if experienced with snatches, 3x ea @ (95/65)

 

Part B-

Hang Snatch (ATK) + Snatch Balance

5x 1+2

*Focus on getting under the bar and a strong lock out

 

Part C-

Every 3 min-

Row 300/250m

5 Wallballs (20/14)

+5 WB every round

*Stop when you can’t complete all wallballs in 3 minute round
