January Accomplishments

Hey All,

Back on that goal setting track! This month you all achieved:


Alexis- Full ROM OH Squat, 60#x6 reps

Shelby- First rope climb

Rory- Came to class/climbed a rope

Leanne- Rope Climb

Amanda- 200# 1RM Front Squat, 130# 1RM Dip Snatch

Ivan- 209# 1RM Snatch, 258# 1RM Clean + Jerk

Robert- >5 Double Unders in a row

Lonna- Kipping Pull-Up, 90# 1RM Bench Press

Joana- 85# 1RM Full Snatch, 90# 1RM Dip Snatch

Casey- 5 Deadlifts at 190# (previous 1RM!)

Nick- 235# 1RM Bench Press

Kelsey- Bar Muscle-up

Welitom- Bar Muscle-up!!!, 91 Pistols

Clara- Bar Muscle-up in a WOD

Alan- First ADV WOD

Tanya- Kipping HSPU

Tim- Bar Muscle-up

Max- 3 T2B, 15 Kill Cliffs

Matt- 6 for 6 lifts at first weightlifting meet


Great work guys! Of those goals the ones that were actually set at the start of the month include Kelsey’s and Clara’s muscle-ups, Lonna’s kipping pull-up, and Robert’s double unders.

Continue to set goals and crush them guys! PR’s are satisfying but goals that you set, work towards, and then accomplish are that much better!

Blank slate back up on the goals board, let’s fill it up and do some work in February!
