Part A:

Teams of Two:

-One Partner at a Time-

8 Minute Baby Carry Relay

*one partner does 100m Baby Carry(70/53) while the other partner rests. At no point should the KB touch the ground, if it does the team immediately does a 5 burpee penalty before resuming. If teammates are using separate KBs one must be up at all times.

Part B:

Teams of Two

-One Partner at a Time-

AMRAP20

5 Snatch Grip Deadlift(75/55)

5 Hang Power Snatch

5 Overhead Squat

5 Burpees over the Bar

ADV:(105/75)

Part C:

5-7 minutes of soft tissue work with lax ball and foam roller.
