Wednesday- No 7:30pm Weightlifting class

Thursday- Open Gym 12p-3p. 

Friday- No 6am class

    “On paper”that EMOM doesn’t look like it would be that bad….so not reality, had to go to my happy place and just keep moving for those last two minutes. Thanks for the great workout this morning Brett!
