Part A:

Double Alternating Partner Tabata

Air Squats

Plank Hold

*partners alternate movements each round. Score is total air squats for each team.

Part B:

“Mr Curtis P. Kalsu Esq”

-Teams of Tw0-

For time:

100 Curtis P Complex(95/65)

*every minute on the minute do 4 burpees

*one partner works for a minute while the other rests. Partners alternate minutes accumulating complexes until they complete 100. 

*35 minute time cap.

Part C:

60s Calf foam roll(each side)

60s Dragon(each leg)

60s Pigeon(each leg)

60s Seated toe touch(use band if needed)

30s Twisted Cross(each side)

60s Puppy Dog
