90s Wall Sit Static Hold

Rest 30s

90s Max Air Squats

*score is total step ups+total squats. 

Part B:

18 minutes to complete:

A1) Close Grip Bench Press

5-5-5-5

A2) Banded Pallof Press w/Iso Hold

8-8-8-8(each side)

Part C:

For Time

100 KB Swings (70/53)

*top of each minute, including the first, perform 4 Burpees

*15 minute Cap
