I don’t wanna, I don’t think so


Part A-



*Build up to a heavier 5 than last month. Third set is the heaviest. Rest adequately then reduce by 10% for your final AMRAP set.

Part B-


12 min AMRAP:

150 Wallballs (20/14)

90 Double-unders

30 Ring Muscle-ups

*If you’re close at all to MU, use your remaining time to try to get one. If not, scale to C2B pull-ups or an appropriate pull-up scale.

Top 2012 12.4 Women: Kristan Clever, 1 Round

Look familiar? Kristan came in 1st place in three Open events that year, and went on to take 4th place in the Games.

Top 1000: 242 Reps (through 2 MU)

Top 10000: 157 Reps (through 7 DU)

Top 2012 12.4 Men: Neal Maddox, 1 Round + 53 Reps

Top 1000: 256 Reps (through 16 MU)

Top 10000: 240 Reps (through 90 DU)

Interestingly enough, there are ~3000 men who all got through 240 reps and got stuck at the MU.
