Part A-

Barbell Cycling Skill Review

followed by-

Alt Tabata (4 min total):

Hang Power Cleans

Push Jerks

*Use a light weight that you can cycle smoothly and efficiently, empty bar is fine

Part B-

Hang Squat Clean (ATK) + Squat Clean

5×1+1 @ ~80%

Part C-

For Time:

21-15-9

Hang Power Cleans (95/65)

Push Jerks

Bar Over Burpees

ADV- (115/75)

Jamie’s Gold Star (not necessarily a good idea, but it would be an interesting challenge)- ADV + leave bar on pads for burpees
