Part A:

8 rounds

100m Alley Dash

*rest the walk back between each sprint. These will be performed for max effort. 

*score is slowest and fastest. 

Part B:

5 rounds

24 Double unders

12 DB Push Press(50/35)

12 Toes to Bar

Part C:

30-25-20-15-10-5

Hollow Rocks

*each discrete set must be unbroken or you repeat the set. Rest as needed in between the descending sets. Score is total time to complete all rounds
