Part A:

3 rounds

90s AMRAP Double unders

30s Rest

*RX athletes should attempt to PR their max consecutive double unders on first or second set. No single unders. If you are are working towards doubles accumulate your max number in the alotted time and work on technique.

Part B:

15 minutes to complete:

1-Arm Overhead DB Reverse Lunge

8-8-8-8(each leg)

Part C:

15-12-9-6

Deadlift(245/155)

Burpee Box Jump(24/20)
