Thanksgiving Schedule:

Wednesday: Normal Schedule

Thanksgiving Day: 930am only. (no need for sign up)

Friday: 10am Class and 11am-1pm Open Gym

Saturday/Sunday: Normal Schedule

Part A:

5 rounds

30s: Max Burpees

30s: Rest

Part B:

15 minutes to complete 5 Complexes of:

1+push press+1 push jerk+2 Split Jerk

Part C:

21-15-9

Wallballs(20/14)

Toes to Bar

Pushups

ADV:HSPU
