*We will be doing a 4 week Wendler’s Cycle starting today on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This is a great opportunity for newer members to build simple foundational strength in the main lifts and for experienced lifters to see some summer gainz.

Part A:

Strict Press 5-5-5-5+

*Superset with an unbroken set of Max Bodyweight Chin-ups. 

*ADV: Superset with 3 MU of any variation. Try to do these as strict as possible. 

Part B:

AMRAP15

300/250m Row

8 Burpee Box Overs(24/20)

16 KB Swings(53/35)

Part C:

3 rounds

60s Plank Hold

30s Rest

*ADV: Weighted Plank
