A2. 1:00 Wall Sit + 100m Sprint

*rest 1:00 between A1 and A2, also between sets

*Score is fastest time to both accumulate the hold and get the sprint in

B. 1:00 High Plank + 15 Dumbbell Bench

*rest 1:00 between sets

* Score is fastest accumulated time, not weight

 

3 Sets

C. 200m Row + 1:00 Double KB Front Rack Hold

*rest 1:30 between sets

*Score is fastest combined time
