Part A:

4 rounds

  1. 50 Double unders
  2. 5 Back Squat above 75%
  3. 30s Front Rack Hold(same weight as back squat set)

*rest adequately between rounds. This is a strength circuit. Rest no more than 20s between the 3 movements. Try to get them done back to back and then rest as needed between rounds. Go up in weight each round.

Part B:

“Half Cindy”

AMRAP10

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats

ADV WOD:

AMRAP10

3 MU

6 HSPU

12 Pistols(6each)

*no substitutions or mixing movments

Part C:

Tabata Alternating Single leg V-ups
