100 hollow rocks
100 russian twists
Run 400m

B) E2M for 5 rounds:
10 box jumps
20 russian kb swings
10 abmat sit-ups

C) AMRAP 5:
10 wall balls
2 wall climbs

Fundamentals:

A) Front squat 5×4

B) 3 rounds:
12 goblet squats
10 pull ups
8 push press
200m run

C) 3x 12 side plank dips/side
