60s Plank Hold

30s Rest

Part C:

30s Supine Twist(each side)

60s Lizard(each side)

60s Pigeon(each side)

60s Frog

60s Banded forward fold

30s Puppy Dog

60s Savasana(10 deep breaths w/15s hold on the out breath)
