Bootcamp

Part A: 30 seconds of work/15 seconds rest
5 rounds of:
1) DB box step up (25)
2) Burpees
3) DB snatch
4) Double unders
5) DB thrusters

Part B: 3 rounds of:
6 dragon flags
12 pallof press
30 second side plank hold
