“Alotta Tabata”

download any free tabata timer on your phone. A single tabata cycle is 8 rounds of 20s work/10s rest. Rest 1 minute between each tabata.

  1. Tabata Burpees
  2. Tabata Air Squats
  3. Tabata Hollow Rocks
  4. Tabata Push-ups(if you you need assistance do them off the side of a couch or desk)(advanced option: HSPU, do the oppossite, 10s work/20s rest)
