A) Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1

Start at 65-70% f 1RM and build each set

 

B) For Time

35 Front Squat 115/80 (ADV 135/95)

25 Hang Squat Clean

15 Thruster

Note: Thruster will be the limiting factor for most, choose a weight that you can do 20+ of when fresh.  Should be able to finish thruster in 2 sets or less.
