Build to conservative 3RM (~85-87%) RPE:7
then
2×3 @85% of 3RM

A2) Pull-ups 3×3/3/3

ADV+ Weighted Pull-ups

 

B) 4 rounds for time of:
Run 400 m
50 walking lunge
