Naptime

We are deep in the heart of fall, and what better time than now to start a mildly aggressive squatting meso-cycle? For the next three weeks on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we’ll be following my “Dumps like a Truck (Truck, Truck)” squatting program. Wash your compression shorts and stock up on pumpkin spice whey protein, because things are about to get (mildly) spicy.

 

Part A-

‘Dumps like a Truck’ Day 1

14 min E2MOTM

6 Back Squats @ 60-70%

Part B-

15 min AMRAP

20 American KB Swings (70/53)

10 One-Arm KB Overhead Walking Lunges

10 One-Arm KB Push Jerks

(Alternate sides for lunges and jerks each round)

Part C-

3x

Ab Wheel/Standing Ab Fallout x8

Side Plank Arch-Ups (Sexy Mermaids) x 10ea
