New Cancellation/Freeze Policy

Hey Guys,

 

In an effort to streamline your CFCC memberships, with the free Bodyscapes access that now comes with it, we are updating our termination and freeze policy to simplify this.

Starting on March 1st we will now require:

30 days’ notice for termination before the next billing cycle (1st of the month)

To reduce confusion, we are no longer offering a freeze option.

The steps are the following for both:

  1. You MUST(no exceptions) fill out a termination form at CFCC before we execute the termination.
  2. The termination form must be filled out a full 30 days prior to the next billing cycle (1st of the month) to terminate.

If you have any questions about this please ask one of the coaches.
