Tomorrow we’ll be starting a new programming cycle. The basic framework of the weeks will be:
On each of the four days where part A will be a major life, I will be rotating having the day be strength plus accessories with no metcon. This coming Thursday will be Snatch and then Snatch accessories. In the following week, we will have Snatch plus metcon on Thursday, but Front Squat plus accessory on Friday. So on and so forth until we’ve done a strength plus accessory on each of the major lift days. This will be a four week cycle. Party on.
