A2. Goblet Squat

6 Reps (Fast)

A3. Weighted Squat Drop Jumps

6 Reps (Max Height each rep)

 

B. Four Rounds for Time:

400m Run

20 Wall Ball (20/14)

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

 

C. 1:00 Couch Stretch/side

1:00 Calf Stretch/side
