Oly Prog 4/2-4/8

Everyone’s favorite vegan weightlifter for Team USA, Kendrick Farris.

 

Day 1 (Monday)-

1. Snatch + OHS- 1+1RM

2. Snatch Hi-Pull- 6×2@75%

3. Back Squat- 6×4@80-85%

4a. Snatch Grip RDL- 3×6

4b. Pull-ups 3×6+ (AMRAP, but at least 6)

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)-

1.  Front Squat +Jerk- 2+1RM

2. Clean- 2RM

3. Clean Deadlift- 5×2@110%

4a. KB High-Pulls on Boxes 3×12

4b. Walking Lunges 3x10ea

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)-

1. Power Snatch + Hang Snatch (ATK) + Dip Snatch 1+1+1RM, x9o%, x95%

2. Clean + Jerk- 2+1RM ,x90%, x95%

3. Front Squats 6×4@80-85%

4a. Pendlay Row- 3×10

4b. Ab Wheel- 3×10
