1. Snatch- 4x1x90%

2. Clean- 4x1x90%

3.  Jerk- 4x1x90%

4. Back Squat- 4x2x90%

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)

1. Hi-Hang Snatch- 4x1x90%

2. Clean+ Jerk- 4x1x90%

3. Segment Snatch Pull- 4×2×100%

4. Front Squat- 4x2x90%

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)

1. Snatch Balance – 4×2×90%

2. Power Clean + Power Jerk 4x1x90%

3. 3-Position Clean Pull (Floor, BTK, ATK) 5×1+1+1×105%

4. 4s Pause Back Squat 5x1x~90%

5. 3x Max Strict Pull-ups, Max Strict Dips, Max Ab Wheels (beat total reps from last week)
