Olympics-caliber weightlifter and Fittest Woman on Earth- Tia-Clair Toomey.

 

Week 1

Day 1 (Monday)

Explode.

1. 12 min EMOTM- Snatch off 12″ Blocks x1

2. Power Clean + Hang Power Clean (ATK) + Split Jerk- 4×1+1+1@9 RPE

3. Front Squat- 4×5@9 RPE

4a. Box Jump 5×2

4b. Hanging Leg Raise 4×7

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)

Commit.

1. Hang Snatch  (ATK) + Snatch Balance- 4×2+1@9 RPE

2. Clean + Hang Clean (ATK) + Hang Clean (Hi-Hang)- 4×1+1+1 @ 9 RPE

3. Behind the Neck Split Jerk- 4×1@9 RPE

4a. Bulgarian Split Squat- 4x5ea

4b. Reverse Hyper 4×18

 

Day 3 (Open Gym, Fri/Sat)

Crush.

1. Muscle Snatch + Overhead Squat- 5×2+3@9 RPE

2. Push Press- 4×1@9RPE

3. Back Squats- 16 min E2MOTM, x4@8RPE

4a. Sotts Press 3xME (aiming for 10+ on first set)

4b. Strict Pull-ups 3xME
