Day 1 (Monday)

1. Barbell Drill Team

2. Clean and Jerk, 5×3 @ 85%

3. Clean Pull from Blocks, 4×3 @ 110%

4. Back Squat, 4×1 @ 90%

5. Hip Mobility

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)

1. Barbell Drill Team

2. Snatch, 5×2 @ 90%

3. Snatch Pull from Blocks, 4×4 @ 105%

4. Back Squat, 4×1 @ 90%

5. Shoulder Mobility

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)

1. Hang Power Snatch (ATK) + OHS, 1+1Rm

2. Clean, 1RM

3. Jerk, 3RM, x95%, x90%

4. 12 Min EMOTM

1st- 5 Wtd. Chin-ups

2nd- 8 Wtd. Push-ups

3rd- 8 Ab Wheels
