Oly Programming 11/21-11/27

Tara Nott, gold medalist in the 2000 Sydney Olympics and the FIRST ever US female Olympic weightlifting champion. The Sydney Olympics were the first games to feature female weightlifting as a sport.

 

Day 1 (Monday)

1. Barbell Drill Team

2. Power Clean, 1RM

3. Push Jerk, 3RM, 95%, x90%

4. 2s Pause Back Squat, 3RM, x95%

5. Hip Mobility

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)

1. Barbell Drill Team

2. Snatch+Hang Snatch (ATK)+Hang Snatch (Hi-Hang), 4x 1+1+1@ RPE 9

3. Snatch Balance, 4×2 @ 9RPE

4. 2s Pause Front Squat 3RM, x95%

5. Shoulder Mobility

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)

1. Power Snatch, 2RM, x95%

2. Segment Clean + Jerk Drive + Jerk, 1+2+1RM, x 95%

3. Clean Pull from blocks 4×3 @ 115%

4. 15 Min EMOTM

1st- 5 Wtd. Chin-ups

2nd- 8 Wtd. Push-ups

3rd- 8 Ab Wheels
