Oly Programming 3/13-3/19

Leydi Solís getting some sweet bar whip. At the 2016 Rio Olympic Games she placed 4th in the 69kg (152#) class with a 110kg (242#) snatch and a 143kg (315#) clean and jerk.

 

Day 1 (Monday)-

1. Snatch- 4x3x75%

2. Split Jerk- 4x3x75%

3. Clean- 4x3x75%

4. Back Squat- 4x5x75%

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)-

1. Snatch Pull + Hang Snatch (ATK) + Snatch Balance- 4×1+1+1×75%

2. Power Clean + Power Jerk- 4x3x75%

3. Clean Pull- 4x3x95%

4. Front Squat- 4x5x75%

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)-

1. 3 Position SN (Floor, BTK, ATK)- 4x3x75%

2. Clean and Jerk- 4x3x75%

3. Snatch Grip RDL- 4x8x~75% Snatch

4. 2s Pause Back Squat- 4x3x75%
