Oly Programming 3/20-3/26

Ups.

 

Deload week! Just for the record, since I’m sure none of you were considering doing this-  for this to be a true deload week you should maintain your normal workout schedule and use lighter percentages/volume,  NOT throw in a bunch of additional workouts since you’re going light in oly. Crush some rest.

 

Day 1 (Monday)-

1. Snatch- 2x3x65%

2. Split Jerk- 2x3x65%

3. Clean- 2x3x65%

4. Back Squat- 2x5x65%

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)-

1. Snatch Pull + Hang Snatch (ATK) + Snatch Balance- 2×1+1+1×65%

2. Power Clean + Power Jerk- 2x3x65%

3. Clean Pull- 2x3x80%

4. Front Squat- 2x5x65%

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)-

1. 3 Position SN (Floor, BTK, ATK)- 2x3x65%

2. Clean and Jerk- 2x3x65%

3. Snatch Grip RDL- 2x8x~65% Snatch

4. 2s Pause Back Squat- 2x3x65%
