Day 1 (Monday)

1. Snatch- 3x1x85%

2. Clean- 3x1x85%

3.  Jerk- 3x1x85%

4. Back Squat- 3x2x85%

5a. GHD Sit-ups 3×15

5b. GHD Hip Extensions 3×12

 

Day 2 (Wednesday)

1. Hi-Hang Snatch- 3x1x85%

2. Clean+ Jerk- 3x1x85%

3. Segment Snatch Pull- 3×2×95%

4. Front Squat- 3x2x85%

5. Seated Wtd. Box Jump 5×3

 

Day 3 (Open Gym)

1. Snatch Balance – 3×2×85%

2. Power Clean + Power Jerk 3x1x85%

3. 3-Position Clean Pull (Floor, BTK, ATK) 3×1+1+1×100%

4. 4s Pause Back Squat 4x1x~85%

5. 3x Max Strict Pull-ups, Max Strict Dips, Max Ab Wheels
