Day 1 (Monday, Competitors + Non-Competitors)

1. Snatch- 1×80%, 1×85%, 3x1x90%

2. Clean + Jerk- 1×80%, 1×85%, 1×90%

3. Clean Pull- 2×90%, 2×95%, 2×100%

4. Back Squat- 2×75%, 2×80%, 2x1x85%

 

Day 2 ( Wednesday, Competitors)

1. Snatch- 1×70%, 1×75%, 1×80%, 3x1x85%

2. Front Squat 2×75%, 1×80%, 1×85%

3. Snatch Pull 3x2x90%

 

Day 2 (Wednesday, Non-Competitors)

1. Snatch- 1RM

2. Clean + Jerk- 1RM

3. Back Squat- 1RM

 

Day 3 (Thursday, Competitors)

1. Snatch- 5x1x60%

2. Power Clean + Power Jerk- 5x (1+1)x60%
