Strength

Push Jerk 5-5-5, Drop set amrap

*Drop set means that you are going to lower the weight for that set. So after your 3 sets of 5, you will then follow with one more set of as many reps as possible. In other words, working til failure. If you are unsure where to go for weight on that set, try and work with about %70 of your best set of 5 from your previous sets.

 

WOD

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:

Power Clean (135/95)

Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

*This is a descending ladder. Try and put everything you have into each set and take the majority of your rest in between sets, not between movements. Remember as the reps go down so should the length of your rest.
