We have received a huge response to our Weightlifting Class (which is awesome), and everyone has been doing great. Just last week every single person set a new PR on their Clean and Jerk. I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to see everyone taking to it so willingly and working so hard.
With that being said, I wanted to let you all know that I’ll be competing this weekend, Saturday the 18th, at CrossFit Southie’s In-House Weightlifting Competition. If you are around and want to see what an Olympic style Competition is like, you’re more than welcome to come down and watch. I will Lift around 1pm. Let me know if you have any questions!
