Partner WOD

WOD 1

In teams of 2;

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of;

Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

One person works at a time at the designated round. All rounds must be unbroken or the set starts over. For instance; Person A performs 1 Hang Power Clean, then Person B performs 1 Hang Power Clean. Next round Person A performs 2 Hang Power Cleans, then Person B performs 2 Hang Power Cleans……following this same patter until all rounds/reps are completed. Remember all sets MUST BE UNBROKEN. If any set is broken, then you must start that set over.

 

WOD 2

In teams of 2;

100 Burpees (Max reps per person)

100 Box jumps (One at a time per person)

100 Wallballs (Five at a time per person)

100 Situps (Three at a time per person)
