Part A:
In 17 minutes accumulate as many rounds for quality of:
30-45s Nose to Wall Handstand Hold
30s Back Bodyline Hold(use pvc)
1-2 Reps of Rope Climb or Pegboard Ascent
*once the clock starts keep a steady, even pace through these 3 movements. Minimize rest and transitions but pace yourself. Scale appropriately.
Part B:
AMRAP10
3 Manmaker(40/30)
12 Ball Slams(20/15)
Part C:
accumulate 50 Reps each of
Band Pull aparts
Squeeze Press
