A. Skill Work: Handstands and Handstand Push-up Practice

6×20:40 handstand hold

ADV. 5-8 HSPU

 

B. Workout 18.1

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 toes-to-bars
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks
14/12cal. row

Mens Rx: 50lb DB Scale: 35lb DB
Womens Rx: 35lb DB Scale: 20lb DB

Post- WOD: Roll out/ lax ball : quads + hip flexors
Stretch: Couch stretch
